1. What is Card Security Code?
It is the last 3-digit code located on the back of your card.
2. Why have I not received my licenses via email?
It may take several minutes for your license(s) to generate and be sent to your email inbox. Please check your email security settings as your email software or service provider may be blocking emails with attachments like your license email. Make sure internetsales@virginiain teractive.org is added to your contacts list or safe senders list. You may also double check your email address and request your license be resent via the reprint feature. You will need your receipt information. If you still cannot receive your license email, please seek help from your mail providers.

6. When I try to view my license, all I get is a blank screen and/or an error message. What should I do?
In certain versions of some browsers, Acrobat Reader may not be properly displaying the PDF file within the browse
r.
This can happen even if Acrobat Reader is installed correctly. Instead a blank screen and/or an er
ror message is displayed.
Example error messages: "File does not begin with '%PDF--'" or "There was an error proce
ssing a page. There was a problem reading this document".
To solve this problem, Adobe recommends configuring Acrobat Reader as a 'helper', not a 'plug-in'.
To configure Acrobat or Acrobat Reader as a helper application:
- Print these instructions.
- Exit or close your browser.
- Start or open Acrobat or Acrobat Reader.
- Select your version of Acrobat and follow the instructions below.
- Click OK then exit or close Acrobat or Acrobat Reader.
- Restart your browser and navigate to the online hunting and fishing license start page at www.virginiainteractive.org/horf.
- Click 'Reprint Your Current Hunting/Fishing License(s)' from the start page and enter your receipt information to generate your license(s).
